In Crvenka was meeting with enterpreneurs from that region. Project team members presented project, purpose of project, and benefits for enterpreneurs from this project. Team underlined that entrepreneurs can represent their enterprises to the foreign investors, and achieve joint investments.

In Sombor was meeting with enterpreneurs and they were advised about how to bring foreign investments in Sombor. Project team introduced them with purpose of project and advantages if they present theirs projects to Hungarian partners. Attendant enterpreneurs shown great interest for cooperation with potential investors from Hungaria.

In period from June 18, 2007. to August 11, 2007, were 4 On-site training based on common documentation project team members and partner FEBOSZ from Baja.
On-site training topics were:
1. The comparative benefits strategic locations of both crossborder region
2. Preferences inhabitants and population
3. Economic framework
4. Law principles and investment environment
Training was lectured by FEBOSZ organization in Regional agency for development of SME “Sombor” to the Project team members.

| Success stories |
Municipality president Jovan Slavković, along Dubravko Hoić, who is the president of Calcedonia company for South-east Europe, signed a contract about building the factory of underwear in Sombor. The factory will be opened in 2008. and will employ 400 people. Total value of the investment is estimated at 15 million euros.
Factory in Sombor is the first project that Calcedonia is undertaking in Serbia. Construction of the 12.000 m² factory will start in February and opening is set for November 2008. Carrier of the project will be company Fiorino, derived from Calcedonia... |
